As each print order is dealt with on an individual basis, please allow up to 15 working days for us to ship your order.  N.B. Working days excludes bank holidays & weekends.

FAQS:

  • What is a limited-edition print?

    • This is an image of which only a certain number are printed. After the series has expired no further images of that work will be made. As an image nears its expiry, the purchase price of that image may increase accordingly.

  • Can I request a specific limited-edition number within the edition or are they sold only in sequential order?

    • If the specific number you request is still available, then we are happy to consider your request. However, as the edition moves toward expiry, we may not be able to accommodate you.

  • How should I care for my print?

    • Each image is made using pigment ink and is printed on stable archival fine art paper. The image will be accompanied by an informative document about print care.

    • It has been shown however that continued and prolonged exposure to sunlight will in time damage all ink and dye-based materials. We therefore recommend that you hang your artwork out of the glare of direct sunlight.

  • Do I have to pay postage?

    • There are no postage charges within the UK. However, a subsidised charge is made regardless of weight or size for images dispatched to the EU or globally, this is to cover remote locations, insurance, additional paperwork and import / export duties and a signed for shipment.  Please note that Tim Nevell Photography (timnevell.com) is not liable for import duties to the country we are shipping to once the subsidised shipping fees have been paid and customs paperwork completed in the UK. All import costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Can you guarantee delivery of my print by a certain date?

    • We aim to send you your artwork as soon as possible after receipt of your payment, and in many cases that will be within 10 working days of your order. However, since Tim Nevell is often travelling overseas for extended periods of time and he is only able to complete your image order when he is back in the UK, we do request that you allow 21 days between the date you place your order and the date by which you need to have received delivery.

  • Is a discount available if I order a large number of prints?

    • If your intention is to place an order over and above four images, we request that you email the studio at info@timnevell.com  and we will be in contact with you to discuss the level of discount.
